So, when Shrewsbury House Preparatory School asked for our help in sourcing a new fleet of minibuses – we were delighted to be involved.
Our team came together to help plan their new fleet which resulted in the delivery of five brand-new minibuses to the school in October.

Our ever-friendly PHVC driver team smoothly delivered all five vehicles in person, ensuring a professional handover. All vehicle features were carefully explained so that the Shrewsbury House team were confident in taking over.
Why the school wanted a refreshed minibus fleet
Shrewsbury House School is a highly regarded IAPS independent prep school for boys aged 4-13. With an excellent academic track record and small class sizes, the school is nationally recognised for its success in scholarships and awards taking students through to leading senior schools.
This busy and thriving prep school needed reliable transport, with pupils regularly heading out for sports fixtures, local visits, residential trips as well as day-to-day activities. With their transport needs continuing to grow, the school was keen to update and expand its options for safe, reliable pupil travel.
These new minibuses will support the school’s busy calendar and give staff the confidence that every journey can be made in safe, modern and well-equipped vehicles.

PHVC was a headline partner at the 2025 Independent Schools Bursars Association (ISBA) Conference and it was there that Shrewsbury House first began discussions with our team. What started as a friendly conversation at the stand has now grown into a fantastic partnership, and we’ve really loved working with the amazing team at Shrewsbury House in Surbiton, Surrey.
