Having joined the company more than 15 years ago, Debbie has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, elevating customer service standards and supporting the sustained growth of PHVC. Debbie’s appointment to the Board reflects both her professional achievements and the trust she has earned across every level of the organisation.
This milestone also reflects the strong family values embedded within the business. Debbie’s father has long been a valued delivery driver within the company, consistently delivering the high standards of service customers depend on. Debbie’s son is also part of the wider group, working as an Apprentice with Atlas Mobility Conversions, further demonstrating the deep-rooted commitment shared across generations.
