New 17 Seat Transit minibus arrives!
We are delighted to announce
we have now taken delivery of our new 2012 Model Ford Transit 17 Seat Minibus
and we are now starting to deliver to many schools who have waited patiently
over the past six months.
However we are sure that this
safety upgrade and improved fuel consumption and lower CO2 will be a benefit to
all of our school users.
We would like to thank
everybody for their patience and understanding during this period.

We
are pleased to announce that on the 1st November we appointed Mark
Galsworthy as Regional Manager, responsible for our School, College and
University customers, for Northern England and Scotland. He will be based at our Leeds office.
Mark
has worked with PHVC over the past 8 years in a senior position with one of our
business clients and so he is fully aware of our philosophy on customer service
and care.

- London Low Emission Zone

Introduced to London in 2008, the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) has been
set for heavy polluting vehicles to pay a daily charge. To drive without paying
a daily charge, vehicles must meet emission standards which are set by the type
of pollution their exhausts are producing.
From the 3rd January 2012 all minibuses used for
commercial or private purposes will need to meet the standards. Use the table to determine the age and weight of the minibus which will indicate the
level of emissions produced.
