London Low Emission Zone

Introduced to London in 2008, the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) has been set for heavy polluting vehicles to pay a daily charge. To drive without paying a daily charge, vehicles must meet emission standards which are set by the type of pollution their exhausts are producing.

From the 3rd January 2012 all minibuses used for commercial or private purposes will need to meet the standards. Use the table to determine the age and weight of the minibus which will indicate the level of emissions produced.
