PHVC Limited was opened in 1990 by Paul Huxford and his wife Fee after they sold their interest in a successful motor group. Since the company moved to its current premises at Solent Business Park in Whiteley it has gone from strength to strength and now employs 14 members of staff and 8 part time drivers.

 

PHVC employ highly trained staff, all of whom have experience within the Vehicle Management & Leasing Industry. We supply all makes and models (New & Nearly New) of UK specification cars, vans and trucks up to 7.5 tonnes specialising in fleets of between 1 – 500 vehicles enabling us to offer a personal service to our clients.

We also have a dedicated Education Transport department supplying School minibuses as well as minibuses for Colleges, Universities etc.

 

We are an independent Vehicle Management Company and are business partners to some of the major leasing companies in the fleet industry which enables us to provide a very high level of support and some very competitive rates.

 

We pride ourselves on the service that we provide our customers with most of our business coming from recommendation and repeat clients.

 

We are proud of our professionalism within the Industry having had the honour of twice being awarded the prestigious RAC Chief Executives Award for the level of service we provide.

 

PHVC are members of the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association) who are the governing body for the Industry and we are also proud to be recognised by the ISO 9001 British Standards for our quality of service.
