PHVC are an independent vehicle management company who since being established in 1990 have been committed to giving our customers a first class service. We offer the complete fleet management package providing our customers with a high level of service throughout their relationship with our company and are proud to say that most of our clients have come to us from recommendations or repeat business.
At PHVC we employ highly trained staff who are experienced within the vehicle management & leasing industry, supplying all manufacturer models of cars, vans and minibuses. We are business partners to the 3 major leasing companies in the fleet industry which enables us to provide a high level of support and competitive rates.
PHVC are members of the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association) who are the governing body for the Industry and we are also proud to be recognised by the ISO 9001 British Standards for our quality of service. We have had the honour of twice being awarded the prestigious RAC Chief Executives Award for the level of service we provide.
